Rule Status

It is the Coalition’s understanding that the Rule is currently at USDA and will be sent to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for final review. Once it has been reviewed by OMB (we expect a turnaround of less than 2 weeks, as the USDA has conducted a pre-review), it will then go back to the USDA Secretary of Agriculture’s office for final clearance and release.
