| Comprised of meat and poultry producers and processors, as well as retail industry organiazations, the Coalition's main objective is to assist supermarkets and producers of meat and poultry products in preparing for, and eventually complying with, the U.S. Department of Agriculture's (USDA) new regulation, "Nutrition Labeling of Ground or chopped Meat or Poultry Products and Single-Ingredient Products" (also knows as the Rule). |
